Stomach Problems & Remedies

My son 7 year old is having loose motions from today morning and so far he went 3 times, he didn't complain much about stomach pain but just went 3 times loose motions. Any syrup to fix this ?

Facing issue with certain type of food. Dahi, Sesame seeds, food which is hot in nature. Due to this I am not able to digest anything and losing weight. Even my uric acid levels are always high due to which I cannot consume proteins. I am doing exercise regularly but instead of gaining muscles I am loosing more weight.

Hellow doctor, since 6days i am suffering from 4-5 times motions in a day normal in state not solid not watery, ultrasound is normal, lympocytes 19% (20-40% normal) all test are normal, i am tired since 2 days, fully dehydration, lips drying, sleep right side getting pain in left side of stomach (not heavy) heart beats fast while motion and standing for long time. Taken echonorm, metrogyl 2days, now motions are two times a day but tired lot. Yester wt 80.3 today 79.5kg. please suggest

I am a heart pateint gone through stenting a year ago , today I have loose motions since morning are the tablets like o2 or Norflox tz are safe for me to take in the night .

Which tablet should be taken for loosemotion while breastfeeding so that it dont hamper baby due to this

Sometimes I found blood in my poty and during poty small piece of muscle came out and after poty it's goes inside

Me and my husband both faces gastric and indigestion a lot and constipation as well. Not only with outside good same issue with home cooked good as well.
