Constipation
Hi , I am having issues with my bowel not getting cleared . Although I am taking isabgol 2 teaspoon at bedtime still I feel that my bowel isn't clear completely.Can i take 1 teaspoon after  each  morning and afternoon meals as well ?

Try high fibre diet,plenty of water,exercise and cremaffin syrup at night for 2 days.
