Stool not clear
Hi...had anxiety issues and burning sensation in stomach 2 weeks back and also had constipation and bloating. Went to a gastro he gave me Rablet D for stomach and Prothiadan 25 for sleep and anxiety. Sleep and anxiety seems to be under control now...even burning sensation is not there almost(only once a spicy meal and a food outside gave me a warm feeling)...but gas and stool not clear yet. Gastro did an endoscopy report came in normal. Now as i have anxiety issues so i m worried abt my stool which is mainly yellow or pale yellow. My main problem has always been indigestion and gas and i eat a lot outside. I rarely drink and a non-smoker. But stool is not cleared and feeling gassy...sometimes feeling knotty in the side of the stomach and slight back aches wen bowel is not cleared. Am i suffering from malabsorption? If so what shuld be the next step?

Vegetables – Incorporate as many vegetables as possible in diet. All salads are healthy and provide lot of fiber there by taking good care of your bowel movementsFruits – Again fruits are healthy. They provide all kinds of antioxidants that one needs to fight free radicals that form cancer. They also provide all trace elements. Be car.eful to eat in moderation if you have Diabetes..
