I am 24 years old girl. I had a small cut in the upper part of my anus due to hard stools and that area is paining when I am trying to pass stools. My stool is normal but the previous cut is giving me trouble. Can you please suggest any ointment which I can put there to ease my pain and heal it faster?

One year back weight was 59kgs and now it's 55kgs. Also, 3 months back weight was 57 kgs. I'am having gastritis (confirmed by endoscopy)since 2 months. I'am facing heartburn, acidity and bloating since 2 months. Any suggestions?

My brother 30yrs old suffering from upset stomach and vomiting from last two days. No fever, no stomach pain, BP is also normal and motion is also normal. But not a single drop of water remains in his stomach. He is on liquid diet but still vomiting occurs if anything goes inside the stomach. Continuos stomach pain nausea feeling heaviness laziness headache and general body pain. Stomach gets very heavy even after a light meal. I take rabesec LS capsule empty stomach od and multizyme syrup 2 teaspoon twice daily after meals. But still nausea is present and even my eyes get watery due to it. Please suggest me best treatment

I  recently did my lft blood test, I observed my bilrubin direct is  0.40 looks more than reference parameters ... Attaching the report. The reason for taking the test is I had uti and took zifi cv 200 for 5 days... I had a bike accident and for healing wounds I took an augmentin 625 duo for 7 days twice a day and muscle relaxants and pain killers... Please check the attachment and say if it's normal or not and reason for high bilrubin direct, I'm a very occasional drinker
