Stomach ache
I'm having a stomach ache, preferably at my right lower abdomen. I have had my appendix removed and I also have h. Pylori.

To get immediate pain relief have tab Cataspa two'times a day after food
If pain persists and fever comes then we wil start an antibiotic course..

Most common cause of abdominal pain is either constipation or gastro intestinal infection.please drink lots of liquids, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid fried and packaged food stuff...hope this helps 🙂
