Stomach Problems & Remedies

Had stomach bloating and pain in upper right abdomen since few weeks. An Ultrasound done a year back showed Grade 2 fatty infiltration of Liver. Bilirubin test done as per physician, and values are:- Total  1.02 ( cut off 1.1) Direct 0.35 ( cut off 0.3) Indirect 0.67 ( cut off 1) Any further investigations / consultation needed.

I have elevated Alt, Ast and ggtp for past three years. Now past two samples bilirubin elevated to 3.2. I have taken fibroscan and the CAP score 344 and 11 Ekpa. Ldh is quiet high, ld 4 and ld5 is elevated very high. But CT scan shows fatty liver with decreased density. I have high sugar, hypertension and high cholesterol. Within 15 day's I lost 8 kgs. I am not taking any medication. Do I need to do MRI or any other tests. Do I need to worry? Please advise.

I am suffering from ibs and my doctor prescribed cintapro 1mg 3 times a day. Now it has been changed to lesuride 25 mg 3 times a day. What is the difference between the two medicines

Hello Doctor I always feel vomiting after having only 2 chapaties even in  both times lunch and dinner. When i am at site only eat dinner and feel vomiting after 2 chapaties. Means whenever i eat i cannot eat more than 2 chapaties at 29+ age and i am very thin looks like 18-20 age guy.

I'm having trouble with haemorrhoids for over 3 months now. And somehow I'm continuing to be constipated even after eating light food. I took Duphalac for 3 days and ended up with slight diarrhoea so today I took a tablespoon of Psyllium husk, can I still take a lower dosage of Duphalac now? I want to ensure I'm not straining to pass motion again. I'm really exhausted with this not healing.
