I have burning sensation near abdomen
I have burning sensation near abdomen and inside the rectum, I had done CT scan. CT Scan shows normal. The sensation had gone for few days and it has came back . Doctor is saying it is IBS. I have taking medicine for 15 days it has not cured, in am not sure if it is IBS or any other infection. Is this IBS?

Acidity and constant belching
Getting gas after eating or after not eating for a long time, feeling a pulse in my lower abdomen. Accompanied by pain sometimes at different locations throught the abdomen.
