Difficulty in passing stool
I am suffering from difficulty in passing stool , the thin comes out but still it feels that thick one is not able to come out properly , I am observing one thing whenever I am lifting heavy weight to do weight training, I suffer from this kind of problem, I have this from 3-5 days , I got tired , neither I am able to eat anything properly nor any exercise, its affecting my health , my weight got decreased just within few days , I worked so hard to achieve my weight and was working towards it but suddenly this causing me problem

It can be a sudden contraction of rectum but physical examination is needed before making any  diagnosis so do physical consultation once .

please don't do weight lifting exercises for a short period (around 10 days).  you can continue it after your health improvement . you can do normal stretching exercise and running/swimming if you want.

You need to get a check up done by a surgeon to check rectum , could be constipation, piles or something else.
