For the last few days, I am passing loose stool 2–3 times a day, mostly in the morning and evening. After passing stool, I feel very weak, dizzy, and not well. I also get a frequent urge to pass stool even when there is little stool. I don’t have fever, abdominal pain, or black stool. I also sometimes get sudden strong urge to pass urine. How to cure ?

Your symptoms suggest a functional bowel disturbance, most commonly acute infective diarrhea settling phase or IBS-D–like symptoms, where stool frequency is mild but causes weakness due to fluid and electrolyte imbalance. The urgency for stool and urine without pain or fever makes a serious infection less likely.
Next Steps
Focus on rehydration with ORS after each loose stool. Start a probiotic for 5–7 days and a light, binding diet (curd, rice, banana). If symptoms persist beyond a week or weakness continues, get basic tests done like stool routine, CBC, and electrolytes. Avoid antidiarrheal medicines unless advised by a doctor.
Health Tips
Avoid tea, coffee, spicy, oily foods, and artificial sweeteners for a few days. Eat small frequent meals. If you develop blood in stool, fever, severe dizziness, or reduced urine output, seek medical care immediately.
Your symptoms may be because of defaecation syncope.
But go for CBC and Stool routine examination to rule out infective pathology.
If above reports are ok then no need to worry.
With adequate hydration with electrolyte supplements your symptoms will suside.
most likely a functional bowel problem, commonly acute diarrhea with dehydration or irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-diarrhea-predominant).Your condition is treatable and usually not serious. Focus on hydration, light diet, and probiotics. If symptoms persist beyond a week or worsen, please consult me on practo for tests and further evaluation.
Your symptoms suggest acute diarrhea and mild dehydration. The absence of fever, abdominal pain, blood, or black stools is reassuring.
What you should do now
1. Hydration (most important)
Drink ORS or fluids with salt and sugar frequently.
Coconut water, lemon water, clear soups are helpful.
Weakness and dizziness are often due to fluid and electrolyte loss.
2. Diet (for 3–5 days)
Eat light foods: rice, curd (if tolerated), banana, toast, khichdi.
Avoid spicy, oily food, caffeine, alcohol, milk, and junk food.
3. Medications (after consulting a doctor)
Probiotic (e.g., Saccharomyces boulardii or Lactobacillus) for 5–7 days.
Antispasmodic (like mebeverine) if urgency is troublesome.
4. Urinary urgency
Usually settles once bowel symptoms improve.
tests if symptoms continue
Stool examination
Blood tests (CBC, electrolytes)
Thyroid function (if recurrent)
Urine examination
