STOOL PASSING PROBLEM
Hi I had kshar sutra treatment for anala fissure 4 months ago. Doctor asked make sure to pass stool easily. I am taking care of everything. Sometimes stool is passing very freely. But sometimes suddenly midnight I am getting stomach pain like bloating like I have gas, and I should send it out side through motion hole. At that time I have feeling like urgent to pass stool, but I am straining but motion is not coming, because of straning my anus is paining at that time. Later after suffering from2 to 3 hours and with typical straining gas coming to outside with loose stool. That means stool is not hard. But my question is why I have to strain to pass the stool event my stool is very soft and smooth. Can any body tell me what is my problem

Straining during bowel movements despite having a normal stool consistency can be due to various reasons including pelvic floor dysfunction, anal sphincter spasms, rectal prolapse, hemorrhoids, constipation, poor toilet posture, or neurological disorders affecting bowel habits.
