Why do i feel loss of appetite very frequently. Sometimes i feel hungry and most of the time I feel full. Because of this I feel weakness. What to do?

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from loss of appetite with hunger and weakness with fullness of stomach . This is inflammatory bowel disease. Reason- Spicy and fatty foods, Gastric problem ,etc .
