How do I stop frequent farting , is there any medication as such or only dietary changes to be followed

Gas related issues. Been facing gastric issues daily at night these days, can't sleep and leads to numbness in leg or back. Been going on since the last 8 years, meds haven't provided much relief, haven't faced much trouble until recently. History : Diabetic taking insulin on a daily basis.

This question was not answered . One more added qn is: Can I take pantocid before pranayama and workout...so that I would be able to eat breakfast immediately.

Hi Dr. I don't feel hungry for atleast 4-5 after eating even though my meal size is small i.e. Only 2 chappatis and I also suffer from PMF(post meal flatulence). The main thing is that I am constipated since 8 years & still constipated and started using dulcolax kind of strong homoeopathic laxative 4 years ago and consumed continuously for 1.5 years post which, I am suffering from this problem of loss of appetite and slow digestion etc. Although all my test reports are perfectly fine including CBC, Liver function test, Thyroid, CRP, Electrolyted etc. so, can I use Himalaya Liv. 52 tablets to improve hunger and digestion? Or if you can suggest something else please. Thanks.

I am suffering with Gastrit and Acidity problem since 4 weeks Dr. suggest me to take medicine Genpraz DSR AND GENPRAZ CS before taking lunch and dinner for 10 days so i want to ask you is there any side effects if i take it for 5 days more because Dr. is unavailable for appointment.
