Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was having a stomach pain and had a tendency of acidity. Recently I did an endoscopy and in the report it is mentione that pangastritis noted. So is it anything serious ? What precautions are required ? And how long will it take to recover ?

I have been burping excessively like 2-3 times after every 10-15 mins which is causing discomfort. Sometimes sour liquid comes up back through the food pipe

Since last two month acid reflux increases and i noted last month when it becomes regular for continuously 2 weeks and was increasing day by day. I visited ENT specialist because of throat uncomfortable. So, she gave me unienzyme and vitamin c for 30 days and suggested to look at which food increase acids. I want to know which foods to avoid and which to replace with which. Specifically would like to ask for wheat flour, besan,  milk, dried fruits, fruits, paneer can these be taken. I have already reduced fried foods and ghee butter. Please suggest.

I have gastric problem and does it occurs more often durinf winter season? I sometimea feel like need to breath voluntarily, burps a lot and minor prick pain in chest area, also feels something blocking in throat and get some relief when I burp. Does gas cause left upper back pain, left neck and arm pain?

I have 3mm, two polyps in my galblador, come yo know about them in my recent health checkup ultrasound.

I am feeling some pain and discomfort around the upper abdomen. I am feeling discomfort in the area just below the ribs. I am not sure what could it be.

My doctor prescribe Hp Kit tablet one time in a day(morning time). But when I purchased the tablets it's written in its body that 3 tablets morning and other three evening. So can I take the evening written tablets in the next day morning???
