Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am focusing on Weight gain and eating a lot these days than my normal diet with Gym routine in morning under Gym trainer guidance. Plus I do take protein suppliment. I'm not getting proper poop (potty) in morning. Do I need Digestive Enzymes or any other medicines? What to do to make my stomach happy ? Currently I take Himalaya Liv52 1 tab a day. Diet : Veg with egg. and Lactose Tolerant. Thank you.

Hi actually I'm occurring from constipation and some time i gets fully headache and fully illness. And also abdominal pain. Please can u tell me what is the reason for this and how i can relief with this

I had pantocid HP kit tabs as per prescribed and after one hour of food sucrot suspension .5ml by 11:30 pm. By 5:00 am I am having bitterness in mouth.
