From past 6 months,iam hearing watery sounds from colon.i had heavy acidity in June,july,august,september.it stopped for a month or so and started again nowadays.i have stool movement after a gap of every 3 days.what could be the reason behind acidity and watery sounds?...plz suggest some remedy

1.Metformin hydrochloride prolonged release and glimepiride tablet ip 1000 mg and 2 mg And 2.Glimepride and hydrochloride sustained release tablet Both are similar or not . May i take 1st one against 2nd one or not? Please confirm me asap. Thank you

I have pain in my epigastric region nd esophagus.since three months where joint of ribs middle abdomen xiaphoid process.m very abset.feel like very hard thered nd pain.feel that it will very high nd something wil damage . What should i do...M taking ayurvedic medicine.i have taken lot of alcohal before.doctor ne kha ki chale ho gye h acid se burn ho gya esophagus. M in very tension.what type of test i should do.when i eat some than got pain in my backbone.i cant understan is this pain in liver or abdomen or esophagus.what happened with me...

Feels something prickly at anus area while passing of stool. Slight burn while washing it. No swelling or discomfort while sitting. Blood after stool 1-2 drops since 2 months. Plz provide ur kind suggestion. Thanks in advance.

I released a lot of gas in whole day. Some times i doesn't get the sleep because of gas. Almost every 15 min i passed gas bothways. No odour in the gas. It feels i 100% clears my abdomen at every morning. Some time stool is fully black.
