Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am Male 45 yrs 5.9 fit height 83 kg. Since last 6-8 months I am getting gas developed in lower stomach in evening & feel uncomfortable as also can feel gas bubbling in lower stomach . Once I release gas ie Fart I get relief. I fart 5-7 times in evening between 6-9 p.m and afterwards gets normal. In morning fart 1-2 times before bowel. No other medical issue. My executive comprehensive health check includin USG reports are also normal. I am veg and eat only house cooked food. Also walk for 4 km s daily. Also shown earlier to Gastrologist but he give some medicines and afterwards told me there is no other medical health problem so it is natural gas building in body. Kindly advise.

Burning point at the bottom. Can't sit and stand. No motions till now. Body heat, smokes often and pain started from 2days before where he dipped in swimming pool for long time

When ever, the stomach contents come back to my throat, i dont get burning sensation, instead i can feel my nose and ears gets blocked and i can make out that i get balance problem and can feel gead pressure. I get a feelibg Like rocking as if i am on a boat.once this starts, it continues for months.It slightly reduces when i drink lukewarm lemon water in the empty stomach daily. How to stop this permanently.When i take zinetac n Ganaton total Tablet, i feel better. Last year this imbalance problem started when first did fasting(skipped breakfast) i did all ent n neuro tests n everything came back normal.Now i understood that this imbalance rocking feeling is starting with acidity. Pls explain and help me how to get rid of this permanently? Thanks in advance

Suffering from loose motion since 31/12/18. Taking Satrogyl-300 twice daily and Providac twice daily since 01/01/19. But stool has not formed yet. Burping is there. Appetite is less. Feeling of full stomache. Kindly advise
