Stomach Problems & Remedies

For the last 8days I'm experiencing bloating sensation. I get semisolid to loose stools everyday. Im releasing gas more than I supposed to do. I also feel pain in the lower abdomen when I press with my hands. So tried gelusil syrup for 5days and skipped coffee tea & spicy junk  foods. I got relieved from it. But for the last 2days I'm again having the bloating and loose stools

I have digestive issue, i require to go for washroom for every 2 hr. Stool is like loose motion. I have problem of piles too. I consulted one doctor he suggested operation as piles under 3rd stage. Can I cure this with medicines and exercise with proper diet ?

My diet is below : 830am: Wake up, 1 glass warm lemon water, 1 glass warm aloe vera water, 3 overnight soaked walnuts 845/9am: papaya, cornflakes 11am: pomegranate juice / coconut water 2pm: ghee-roti, dal, sabzi (like matar paneer, aloo gobhi, palak saag, etc), salad 6pm: one Apple/orange 9pm: dinner similar to lunch 5L water per day. 1hr walk per day. Even after all this I do not have relieving stool in morning. It feels tight / restricted. Feeling that it's not emptying fully. What food among above should I stop eating which may be causing constipation?

Doctors have said her liver  is substantiality damaged her liver not doing function which has to be performed due to which complications has occurred fluid in stomach,legs she was admitted in micu they has removed 3lts of water from stomach they have gone through scans everything & reports are normal endoscopy was normal but we dunno condition of liver is it fully damaged

Please inform me unienzyme TABLET alternative I have indigestion problem my doctor prescribed me but currently it not available in market. Tell me best alternatuve tablet of UNIENZYME TABLET.

Black and liquid type of stool . Loss of appetite , feeling weak and stomach  is feeling uneasy. It's happening from 2 days. Please some advice me what it can be? And whether I should be worried or not?

Hi I have noticed blood in stool and it's not first time before also I have noticed many times in 10 to 15 years of period. Doctor gave medicine as now observed dark stool and he said this is due to digest blood and gave medicine for 10 days more also have upper abdomen pain in centre. As I had ultrasound before 2.5 months back and nothing was observed only fatty liver also had CBC test before 1 month it was also negative. Is it possible to have cancer as symptoms are same of colon cancer. By mistake I googled things now I am afraid. Please help
