Dear sir/madam, i am 32 year male with following issues. feeling bloated stomach. suddenly pain in right side of chest. Gases. constipation and sometimes hard stools. Also I had been diagnosed with stone in left urether on last year. Requesting your kind guidance over the same.

I maintain a very healthy lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise. Yet often i face digestive issues. I feel bloating, gas, indigestion and constipation (usually no vomits or pain in the stomach). Whenever i face these issues, i usually take Pantop D. Earlier this used to help but no longer seems effective. I drink enough water, chew my food slowly to get ir properly digested, dont take junk and oily stuff, eat enough fiber. What should i do? Pls help.

I am having RUQ pain and change in the bowel movements for last 3 months.Endoscopy,colonoscopy and biopsy results shows no significant abbormalties. Done all the blood tests as asked.Pescribed medicine nexpro 40mg once daily, ganaton 50mg twice daily and tryptomer 25mg once daily for 3 months. Still having problems without any significant improvements.Lost 5 to 6 kg weight during this period.No medical history of abdomen issues.It started suddenly 4 months back.What to do,please advice.. I suffer from stomach pain , varying from mild to severe after any one of the meal in a day. I have gone through endoscopy few days ago and my pryoli test was found +ve in it. My doctor has given me treatment but that is not working for me. Pls. Help
