I have stomach tenderness and pain below navel that moves to the right side . I can feel a type of swelling when I press and leg pain on the right leg.have pain only on the right side.

I am taking livcol one table spoon and cardduus marianus 30 (4-4 ) drops thrice a day is it helpfull in fatty liver actualy i consulted a homeopathy doctor and he suggest me this. I am in depression now One more drop he write which one forgot that name (some thing like R7)  all are homeopathic medicine. I am suffering from fatty liver pls. These tests are conducted and reports are normal: Blood test, Stools test, HBT, Colonoscopy Medication Suggested: First Doctor: 11/7/18: Unobiotics sachets, las simcon 4/8/2018: Probiday 27/10/18: Sonata sachets, Rifaeasy 200mg Second doctor: 25/11/18: Econorm sach 1's, Rifagut 550mg tablet 10's, Zeebee 400mg tablet 1s Right now, I am not consuming any tablets I lost hope on these medicines. Can anyone help me in resolving my problem? I read something in some random blog that "activated charcoal" helps in reducing gas to some extent. To what extent that is helpful? Can anyone suggest my tablets? I will contact them personally if anyone has a solution to this problem. Thanks in advance.
