Gastic issue and frequent headache
I am having gastic issue from last few days, also getting frequent headache when I wake up in the morning. Not able to identify the reason for such health issue. I am healthy male

Gastritis or CONSTIPATION or other gastro INTESTINAL inflammatory conditions can cause headache also sometimes cause such SYMPTOMS. Depending on whether there is burning before or after meals, any bloating, any other digestive SYMPTOMS etc. Treatment is ACCORDING to the cause.

Diet plays a important role. avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks etc. high fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits, other lifestyle changes needed ACCORDINGLY.
