A feeling of nausea of recent onset should call for kidney function tests and liver function tests. You didn't specify what all the medicines you are taking, and for how long. Some of them may have side effects. Another possibility is food poisoning. Please get the KFT, LFT and CBC done and consult a General Physician on Practo for further management.
