I have been excreting red stool from last rwo days. Is it something serious? Please suggest me remedy for this.

Whenever I go to bathroom,i am not able to clear my stomach completely & because of this i have to go to wash-room multiple times a day plus huge gas is created on regular basis. I have a sitting desk job. pls tell reason for this and its cure and what changes i have to bring in life style.

I have been facing acidity since last two weeks. Medication had given me some relief but throat dryness and pricky throat started. Then I stopped the acidity medicine. But few days later symptoms started appearing again though less than earlier. But pricky throat and dry throat continues. I did a blood test yesterday lipid, cbc, lft and sugar. All were normal just s.bilirubin direct and indirect was elevated slightly. S. Bilirubin (direct): 0.88 Indirect: 1.02 Total: 1.9 Is is the reason for acidity? How can I resolve both the issues?

Last month i do endoscopy and in report its found gastrisis problem.what should i do to solve my gastrisis problem?

I am having loose motion since a week. However, i dont have urgency to motion everyday, but when i go to motion, it will be a loose motion. I used 2 Cestil AD tablets ans Loperamide tablet, but the problem is the same.

I am having heavy constipation issue. Even I tried Milk of Magnesia but I am unable to pass stool. Sometimes I see blood during stool passing. Since last one week I am unable to pass stool.
