I am been in this from last week i am getting stomach pain and feeling like vomiting and my neck is paining with my head too and i have been in Periods last week

I have fatty liver grade 1 n kidney stone 3.5 mm. Is it very serious. Reports are attached for reference.

Hi, I have a kind of gastric issue from a long time and bit more since a week with diarrhea. Did want to to take tablets like eldoper as they are not safe according to the lastest reports.

From a week i am facing this problem. After every meal i get immense pressure and going to the loo. And its smelling very badly as if it got worse in the stomach. At first it was 6 times a day but after medication it came to 3 times a day. The dosage got completed but i am not cured completely. According to the doctor he says i got protozoal infection. Should i go for any other test?
