Hi, Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the gold standard treatment for gall stones. A day or two in hospital and u will be back to normal in few days.Single incision lap cholecystectomy can be done but it does not have any advantage over standard lap cholecystectomy other than cosmetic. Thank you.

Single hole surgery is also an alternative option. Laparoscopic surgery is the gold standard.

Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery will be the best for you. Diabetes is not a hindrance for Surgery. But good blood sugar control is preferable before the Surgery.

[ ] Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then you require surgery. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone.
