The report is s/o multiple calculi in gall bladder. Consulting for medications in case of gall bladder calculi will only lead to delay in proper treatment as the only way to treat is through surgical procedure like laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Consulting a surgeon in time will be helpful and will save you from unwanted complications following the disease.

Consult a general surgeon who will evaluate if surgery is urgently required or not. Surgery is the only option. No diet will dissolve multiple stones. Diet will help only in preventing stone formation.

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management. You should take this advice from a Doctor whom you can consult periodically. Even if you try medical treatment under the advice of some doctor then let him monitor your progress too.

As long as you don't have any symptoms related to the stone , you can wait ,medicines typically don't have a role in dissolving a large 7mm stone.Later you may consider going for a laproscopic cholecystectomy to avoid complications.

You might choose for not going surgery but know it's complication is more important. If it doesn't get removed there is high chances of pancreas failure and gall bladder cancer in future.
