Problem in defaction due to swelling in stool with one acne ..Is that symptoms of piles please tell me ...What's to do for this

I have burning sensation during passing stool and after that also on the outer skin. The skin has become sensitive and I am feeling the pain all the time and aggravates after passing stool. The problem has started after my recent surgery 5 days back under GA, for lump excision on the upper neck. I could not pass stool for 4 days after surgery, the stool had become hard and dried. I took cremafin and slowly am ok now. But in the process of taking out the dried stool the outer skin of the passage has become sensitive and painful now. I am applying pilex cream. Please suggest something for immediate relief.

Since last 1 year I am taking medicine for acidic reflux(PPIs),but it's not giving improve ment.I had done endoscopy and it's shown mild gastritis.I have done ultrasound scanning gallbladder polyps with 7mm identified.2year back I did colonoscopy due to the constipation,in that time colonoscopy result was normal.left lower abdomen due to some other reason?PPIs not working means what I have to do next?is it diverticulitis?

I sir I am Bharath 34 years , I have been suffering from stomach burning acidity and digestive problems.and I had consulted gasto doctors, they had taken endoscopy tests, after two years again I tested for endoscopy,all 4 times I have taken endoscopy tests from past 12 years I am using atacid tablets like pantab d, pan d, pantocid.without these tablets does not continue day.how may years can I use these tablets,is there any permanent solution for this deseas.

Suffering last 4 -5 months from acidity and gas passing. Maximum time belching come and some time chest burn , chest pain , chest pressure. Sometimes stool comes black. One day I was took little alcohol next day little bit blood comes from stool.

Hello doctor, 2 days ago i did my full body checkup, there i got to know that i have gall bladder stone measuring 12 mm.. I didn't had any pain or any symptoms.. Since then i m panicking si much.. I have little pain in my middle stomach.. Slight plain continuous.. Doctor i have little anxiety issues also.. Could u prescribe me any medication?? I don't want to go for surgery.. Pls help me.. I am mother of 11 months baby.. 26 year old woman.. Waiting for the response. Thanks

For past 3 months, I am feeling constant burp, nausea and gas issue. Sometimes, there is pain at stomach above novel area. I stopped having outside food and junk food. Started having at least 2-3 ltr water, but the problem is still there. What can I do to resolve this issue? Medicine taken - cyra d and gastracid cyrup

I was diagnosed with metabolic acidosis due to prolonged (5 years) laxative abuse which led to bicarbonate loss through GI fluid loss and also gastroparesis. Almost all foods lead to acidity for me. I have stopped laxatives and its been two weeks. However, I continue to get bouts of acidity from normal foods. I was given probiotics and Motilium M for 2 weeks. Please advise how to reduce acidity quickly.
