Can I took homeopath medicine Adel 5 apo stom for gerd related problems. Is there any side effects ?

This morning had CT enterography done after drinking Barium solution, post scan having non stop diarrhoea. Can I take imodium ( Looeramide) to stop the diarrhoea or what is the solution?

Sir I m a regular evening drinker my diet is heavy but digestion is poor .Stomach must clean after 2,3 times toilet. My latest liver function test sgpt 58,sgot 50,bilirubin total 1.1,inr .95, alkaline phosphate normal but ggt is high . Please sujjest is it some problem or normal

Beginning of this November i got hard and wide stools for 1-2 days which led to fissure in anus. I consulted doctor and took painkiller/Laxatives/antibiotics for 15 days. Now there is no fissure but from yesterday I left having laxatives and I do normal stools but after doing stools there is a sharp spasm/pain like heart beat in my anus that stays whole day.
