Fix the underlying cause of the problem instead with quick fix.
Fats are not bad for us instead they are very much needed in our bodies. Most common reason for increasing cholesterol in blood is chronic inflammation and slow damage to blood vessels. Role of fats is to act as a bandage.
Now, instead of tackling inflammation, we have removed the fat which is there is help us.
So remove the causative of problem.
