Hello Does ibs-d gets cured on its own or medication should be done?? If yes the how long medicatiom will be done...n i am 22 years old whar is the reason that md having ibs problem...

Dear Sir, My son is complaining medium to heavy stomach pain specially after eating. It remains hardly for 10 to 20 seconds and then get relief immediately. 80% of the occurance observation  is after eating within 30 mins this happens. This has been happening since 4 to 5 months. We have shown to MBBS doctor here and did USB Abdomen & pelvis sonography too. It shows few subsentometer (short axis) sized lymph nodes showing no necrosis or matting are seen: predominantly I'm peri umbilical region. otherwise rest are normal in report. Doctor advise on some food habits and given some medicine but still it's continues. Could you please advice?

Sir/madam, My wife is suffering from abdominal pain on left side from last few months. I have tested ocult blood, calprotectin and stool re. Calprotectin report is 151. So sir l am in tensed what should i do for further treatment. N now my doctor has given a ibd test.
