Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having a  mild pain near my potty hole area can somebody please tell me why it's causing and which dr should I consult for this

I have stomach ache. I got my diagnosis done in patiala. I undergone ultrasound, blood tests and other tests too. I was found with fat liver issue. They gave me medicine like nizonide, levosulpiride in order to cure my stomach ache.however, it still continues even having been 5-6 days. Could you please suggest me what shall i do now?

Does pantop hp kit and pantocid hp tablet both are same ? Pantocid hp tablet was prescribed for the patient. Apollo pharmacist gave me pantop hp kit stating both tablet has same composition. My aunt took pantop hp stripes for 3 days and now as the pantocid hp is available in store , she has been continuing pantocid hp. Does it create problem ?

Hi, I had a bout of diarrhea on September 19th for 4 days which stopped. Later after stool test I was found to have amoebiasis. I was started on antibiotics for that which was discontinued after 9 days due to severe side effects such as diarrhea. However, ever since then I have been having on and off abdominal pain on my lower right area and also I have lost 9 kg of weight since September 19th. What do I do next? Is it normal or do I have another serious diseases. My blood work was also done during diagnosis and my CBC was normal and so was my wbc.

It has been few months that I am suffering from external hemmoroid, no progress in that. Due to which I have irregular  bowel movements and constipation along with bloating.and not able to pass stool properly which causes gastric problems every other day  Please suggest.

Hi doctor, past few months I'm pooping flat. I'm very much concerned about this. I have a sample image from Google, and exactly like that my stool looks. Some time flat thick and some time flat thin rarely normal round shape. I will attach for your reference and I will attach my colonoscopy report as well. Kindly let me know what should I do to have a normal stool.
