Hemorrhoids issue
Hello doc. I am having external hemorrhoids which is not bleeding or paining though. It's little big. My regular physician has asked to use pilorute cream n take hot water sittings. Will it require surgery or go on it own ? I don't want to undergo any surgery since I m diabetic and any other home remedy for the same?

External hemorrhoids have to be first confirmed by rectal examination by a general or colorectal surgeon. Usually external piles do not need surgery but This depends whether there is any complications. Share more details. Is there any CONSTIPATION. Other medical histories etc.
