I am continuously having acidity and gas problem last one week please suggest me good medicine thanks you

I have chronic cnonstipation frm last one year .My poop only cames when its get thin by taking medicines.I have tried all types of medicines homopethy allopethy also. If i skip med for a single day my poop gets blocked and not came out . So i have to take medicine to make it thin or leaky so that it can came out.i have done colonscopy also but nothing found in it please tell me what to do ?

Bowel gases and few mildly dilated and mildly thickened bowel loops in abdomen possibility of non specific enteritis. Subcentimetric mesenteric lymphnodes are seen largest measuring 10.4*2.7mm. He is one year old boy and he vomits whenever he eats. Please suggest. Is it a big problem?

Daily morning time I am not able to have more food, I will have light food, what will be cause and solution to this. Also, morning time I need to go to toilet for 3-4 times, first time motion will be proper, but 2nd, 3rd and sometime 4th time it will be loose motion after that no problem. What will be cause and solution for this? Any solution that I can do in home ? Any specific food that gives solution to this problem?

On 24 December 2018 I got my stomach upset ( pain in abdomen, digestion problem and feeling of vomiting) and fever so I went to doctor he prescribed me medicines Fynal Oz and Nobel plus for 5 days twice in morning and in evening. But after taking medicine there is a pain remains in my upper abdomen and red pimples are spreading all over my body. Notes: 1. Now there is no fever. 2. Stool is normal. 3. Mild pain in abdomen remains all day. 4. Red pimples are spreading after taking the medicine. Questions 1. Is abdominal pain due to the infection. 2. Red pimples are the side effects of the medicine.

Since last two years I am suffering from constipation with loose stool of less volume, rumbling in stomach, huge gas formation, loss of appetite. Consumption of Petsafa powder produces lots of stool with mucus,but starts diarrhoea like symptoms. Please help me to diagnose the problem & suggest a long term remedy.

My SGPT IS 124.87,SGOT IS 65.7,GGT is 58,but I have not found any seviour abdominal pain, my triglycerides is 361 My total cholesterol is 156,Hdl is 33,LDL IS 86,VLDL IS 72.18

I'm having Bloating, Burps, Acidity ( Which may also be causing minnor headaches ), Lose/ Floating Stool.

Can I take iron supplement for increasing my Hb-9.2 post nissen fundoplication(01.10.2018)??plz answer
