No. Loperamide should not be given to 10 month child. Give plenty of ORS SOLUTION, MOTHERS MILK. TOP FEEDS. WATER WITH ADDED SUGAR AND SALTS.
ANTIBIOTICS MAY BE NEEDED DEPENDING ON FINDINGS.
