Gas, acidity may be because of gastritis or INS or because of constipation or some other causes. TREATMENT depends on the cause.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks etc. high fibre diet. salads green vegetables fruits etc. plenty of fluids in between two meals. CONSTIPATION AND GASTRITIS DIET PLAN TO BE FOLLOWED.
