Hey there, Your symptoms are suggestive of acid peptic disease/GERD.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician/Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation. Depending on examination, your doctor may advise an antacid/PPI (such as pantoprazole) and a mucosal protective agent (such as sucralfate), if clinically indicated. If symptoms are recurrent or persistent, investigations such as H. pylori testing or USG whole abdomen may be required.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy, oily and sugary foods, carbonated drinks, smoking/alcohol (if applicable), and avoid lying down immediately after meals. Eat small frequent meals. If you develop severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black stools, persistent vomiting, or significant weight loss, seek immediate medical attention
