Bloating after lunch time
I often experience pain in my abdomen and legs in the evening due to gas, even after eating a light meal. This has been happening frequently for the last couple of months.

Gas and bloating after meals, even light ones, usually come from how quickly your stomach empties and how food ferments in the gut. This is rarely serious. The evening leg pain is probably unrelated and more likely muscular, especially if you're on your feet through the day.
Next Steps
Try smaller, slower meals and cut down on carbonated drinks. See if specific foods such as dairy, beans or onions are triggering it, and keep a short symptom diary for two weeks.
Health Tips
If the bloating keeps worsening, you lose weight without trying, or the leg pain comes with swelling or redness, please see a physician or gastroenterologist soon.
