Bloating of abdomen

I am experiencing excessive bloating of my stomach inspire of having a controlled diet and working out in the gym. All other body parts are not affected except my stomach. I feel there is some internal issue.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists.

hi take more water that to luke warm water. avoid rice and dal in nights. late night foods should be strictly avoided. complete your dinner before 8 pm. if you are overweight reduce weight particularly abdominal obesity. drink 1 cup of milk with flax seeds powder about 1 tsp. try Tab Rabekind plus for 10 days and see. i dont feel that you will be having problem its matter of correction in lifestyle.
