Gas and acidity issues with irregular bowl and constipation . Bowl movement not clear and gas consumes too much

I have had burning in my esophagus since 3 month because I have gastritis and acid reflux Grade A when I contact with my doctor he prescribed me Nexuim 40mg once daily , mosapride two times Daliy with goviscon 20 ml three times. When I take mosapride my problem getting worse. I do not know is that because of mosapride or not ?kindly give me advice do I need to stop that or not if I do please give me the substitute of mosapride . And please tell me can I continue goviscon syrup i have taking goviscon for 6 month is it safe to continue or not ? I have still burning sensation in my esophagus and some time I have shortness of breath I need your advice kindly give me advice and please see my endoscopy report as well . Thanks .

I am feeling discomfort in stomach from a week. I am getting burps from mouth, mainly after food. During night I am having burning sensation in stomach and mouth. I am also getting stomach pain sometimes. During morning if take breakfast late I am getting more pain in stomach and it goes off once I have breakfast. Is this caused because of gas or anything else? Should I have to get medication immediately? Or take some gastric medicine? Please suggest.

I'm facing issue with my stomach, whenever I eats something it starts gurgling and I have to go to washroom. I have consulted with 2 specialist doc they said it is due to some  unhygienic food from outside. They have done blood , urine and sonography test but everything is normal as per them. And both of them provided medicine which are alMost same and I'm taking that since last 15-20 days. But still there is problem with my stomach. Can anyone please suggest what is the main reason whether it is food or anything? Or should I go for ayurvedic medicine

Doctor, sometimes I have stomach upset in the morning and watery stool. I did skip breakfast sometimes. But now I don't have stomach upset frequently. Is there anything wrong with me?

Last 3 days, have been feeling stuffy , nauseated. Everything eaten is thrown out. Have been prescribed Pan-D and O2 tablet(twice a day post meal). The vomitting has stopped but the loose motions are continuing (also with gas) - along with gases moving around the stomach  Have a mild temperatures 99.5 and lose of taste. I feel drowsy most of the times. Medication is going on for last 2days. Please advise. Thanks

Farting too much , 50 times a day and very stinky , specially at night , vegetarian , it proffesional
