Stomach Problems & Remedies

My mom was suffering from swelling of stomach, indigestion of food, incapacity of eating normal amount of food for a long time after her surgery (iliocecal tuberculosis 10 years back). All her USG and CT scan would come normal..her right part near the incision below the navel would become too tight and bulge out frequently.. but no doctor paid serious attention to it. Finally yesterday we did another USG from a very good diagnostic and  found multiple incisional hernia and right paraumbilical hernia. Please suggest what should be the next steps here? Thank you!

I have been suffering with stomach pain for 2 days and I used Eno for acidity relief but still I am getting stomach pain

Everyday, I notice my stool is paste-like and find it difficult to pass. I have to manually insert my finger to evacuate the stool as it gets stuck in the passage. I find there is more stool stuck deep inside the passage and I have to manually evacuate that too. I'm strictly only eating a wholesome, plant based, fibre rich homemade food. Still I face this problem. Everyday, I have to strain and use finger to evacuate. I have done sigmoidoscopy and the diagnosis is erythema at 5cm from posterior wall. Please advise.
