Recently I have done leaver profile test, it's results all are normal except GGT is high as 84, I have colestrol 340, pls doctor give why it's happening

I had typhoid in March 2017 and it relapsed after 15 days and that too very severely. I was initially given 5 days antibiotic treatment but it didn't work that well. From then I am continuously suffering from nausea and unintentional weight loss.

Hi , I am facing sudden abdominal pain in right side in stomach , whenever I sleep I feel internal pain ..like it's bleeding inside that kind of pain I am facing. I am facing it not on daily basic. Dear Sir/Madam, Whenever i take some extra food in evening or some heavy diet. Then there is 70% chance that i feel pain in my liver from approx 1AM till morning and pain increase & decrease whole night. Is it a serious issue and what should i do to cure it. Please suggest.
