I get mouth ulcers very often which is painful. It is usually accompanied by gas in stomach. On most of the occasions, they are multiple in numbers. What could be the possible causes and what are suggested remedies?

Hello Sir, I did LFT and report says SGPT 190 and SGOT 65 which are quite above the normal range. How dangerous is this, I take alcohol 2-3 times a week and often eat outside food. Can this be cured with diet change and medicines. Should I completely avoid alcohol? What is the suggested diagnosis and other tests. After I come back to normal can I have alcohol once in a while ?
