Left sided abdominal pain can be due to gastritis, left sided colitis ( infection of colon) or may be a muscular pain. If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone. You need to go for a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out above problems . feel free to ask any further quary.

Left side chest pain may be muscular, or heart related. Other causes are also possible.
Which specialist would be be best would depend on which type of pain is there, any radiation of pain, any palpitations and other factors.
