Stomach pain
Hey guys! So I felt a kind of nervousness around my chest middle portion, around 11 pm in the night and then by morning I was still feeling nervousness. The nervousness was there and I was feeling slight heaviness in my chest, even in stomack and also kinda in my left hand (that made me rethink more about it). Now it's August and till now I have experienced this 3 times, I feel sudden nervousness that then leads to feel heaviness and overthinking. Today I was havin gol gappas in the night and I felt a lil smthn in my left side of chest so little bit so u started walking and felt okay. Before this even I felt slight chest pain in right as well. I overthink a lot and last time I was struggling kinda to breathe even. What it could be? Also whoever I eat anything junk I go straight to the washroom, even now I am Goin to the washroom like more time than I usually do. What's it? Please tell me?. And I am 21 years old and I feel what it could be.

At your age, this combination of nervousness, chest heaviness, breathing difficulty and urgency to pass stools after junk food usually reflects acidity with anxiety rather than a heart problem. Fried and spicy foods such as gappas trigger reflux, which is felt as burning or heaviness in the chest, and worry then amplifies the sensation. Eat smaller regular meals, cut down oily and carbonated items, avoid lying down for two hours after eating, sleep adequately, and try slow breathing when the tightness starts. A simple ECG, haemoglobin and thyroid test can be done for complete reassurance. Please book a consultation so a proper history can be taken and an acidity plus anxiety treatment plan started.

See any lest sided chest pain along with  uneasiness, pain radiating to left arm/ hand and breathlessness, sweating should 1st rule out cardiac causes. Get an ECG when you have symptoms next time. But considering your age and your symptoms occuring after eating outside food, it more looks like gastritis.
Next Steps

Do you have mixed symptoms of constipation and gastritis. Suggests more likely you have gerd.ecg to ruled out cardiac cause.otherwise take ppi pantoprazole 40mg before eating food.

Hi, thank you for sharing all the details. I understand how scary chest heaviness, nervousness, trouble breathing, and pain in the chest/arm can feel. Because these symptoms can be related to the heart, lungs, anxiety, or digestion, it's important not to ignore them. Since this has happened 3 times, and you also mentioned heaviness in chest, left hand, and difficulty breathing, I strongly recommend you take an appointment with me as soon as possible for a proper check-up and tests like ECG to rule out anything serious. If the chest heaviness or trouble breathing ever becomes severe, please seek urgent medical care or go to the ER right away. For now: - Try to stay calm and avoid overthinking - Avoid junk/spicy food if it upsets your stomach - Get enough rest and hydration Please take an appointment so we can evaluate you properly and give you clarity and peace of mind. You’re only 21, but it’s still best to get checked. Let me know a convenient time for your appointment. Take care.
