I am 40 years old unmarried Male. I am 116kg obese 5feet 7 inches in height. I am suffering from heart burn, stomach burning sensation. Chest pain. Muscle pain. Nausea from 11 January 19. I have giddiness. I now have low to normal BP. I am taking High BP 140/89. I was taking medicine Tazloc H 40 mg. Cetrizen for Urticaria. Montek AB Formoflo and Asthalin rotocap for Asthma. Inzofresh 10mg for sleep. Master health check up done 6 months ago at Aarthi Scan I am fine. ECG taken on 25th January 19 is fine. I met Cardiologist he gave me Eritel CH 40 mg and Tazloc 40mg but I stopped it due to low BP. Neurologist has given me Topaz 50mg, Emikind MD for giddiness headache and numbness. Gastroenterologist did Endoscopy for me on 31st January 19 report is fine. He is asking me to do esophageal motility test. I can swallow well. What could be my problem? Why stomach burning, nausea, chest pain shoulder pain?

My daughter is suffering with loose motion since last night.I got medicine from child specialist and he prescribed 3 different kind of medicines but she is not having the medicine. And what kind of diet is good for her? Thanks

After ERCP with stenting, due to injury during ERCP acute pancreatitis happened, and taking Creon 10000 and Ursocol 600 along with Novastat TG for huge cholesterol. Now the jaundice has reduced but found heterogeneous mass in the pancreas head. To follow up we have taken EUS FNA biopsy in January 2019, but it's not conclusive with atypical cells. And biopsy during ERCP was also normal in November 2018, and PET scan in January not shows any malignancies. Still the stent is there, now what are the treatment options?

Hi. I have a spot near my anus where an abcess had occurred 1.5 years ago. The abcess was treated only with antibiotics and no surgery and slowly I recovered (with timely bouts of fissure etc). Recently I've started feeling mild swelling like feeling in the same spot. It doesn't pain much but I can feel mild swelling on touching (no hardness) which feels like it moves if I move it around. I don't see any fistula opening and I have looked very carefully. Could it be an internal fistula or abcess again? I don't want to do sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy etc as my family doctor had said procedures should be avoided unless necessary. I'm taking homeopathic medicine.

My mother sometimes ( ima week or two) complains of i degestion and when that happen only after vomiting she gets the relief. She also complains of pain chest when this happens.

My 2 year old daughter swallowed Jeans metal button. But no pain nothing discomfort. She is eating properly sleeping without any problem. Please guide me what to do to get it out of stomach.
