Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm suffering from constipation since 2 months although it used to come and go 2 days back on a Sunday I drank 1 glass of milk empty stomach after which it became worse. I'm geeting puking sensation but unable to puke also I'm getting shitting sensation but nothing comes. Headache and back aches are also happening. What should I do

Hi doc, My wife drank 100ml of phenol at around 2.40 am on 7th of March by mistake and vomited it out within 5 mjns. We went to hospital and got her admitted . Most of the tests were done and we were out of hospital by 7 pm next day without doing endoscopy . Is feels fine and she has not felt anything wrong with her body since 7th March  but she has constipation problem from last 2 days .. which is on 10th and 11th today . I don't know if we should go to hospital again.

Hello Doctor, i have 5 to 8 mm multiple gallstones since 9 years causing no issues. my surgeon advised me to go for surgery to prevent complication in future..could you pls suggest me should i go for it while my  only symptom related to it is post meal fullness.no any colic pain. i have so much tension and confusion. Since 3 months I am having pain in my upper right abdomen,and sometimes full abdomen pain, constipation,and also having cold urticaria since 3 months,CBC normal, hepatitis - negative,STD panel test - negative & nonreactive,lipid and thyroid profile normal, C- reactive protein - 384mg/dl, ESR - 40mm.Fibro scan - 5.3 kpa normal.sonography - normal, what shall I do? Really I am unable to understand what is the problem? Please help me please !!

I have been found with 3 nodes at RIF in CT scan. After that doctor gave me torfix 400 for 15 days and told to see whether its get better or biopsy will be required. Now after 15 days in sonography node size has decreased. What can it be? Does this nodes cause gas and acidity cause on eating cauliflower, cabbage, bread, butter or anything dry it doesn't pass smoothly and create gas which again cause acidity. So what exactly those nodes are ? Why my body has become too sensitive for such food which was easily consumable for me when I was normal?

Feeling like stomach is full... Feeling like liver enlarged. Pl tell best solution to get out from problem.
