I have accidentally eaten few amount of roasting sand alongwith roadside peanuts.Is this harmfull? Does it contain any virus or bacteria?

Diagnosed with heterogeneous mass in pancreas head after stenting in CBD and biopsy is normal. Now taking Ursocol 600 mg twice along with Creon 1000 for 2 months. How long would it take that to be completely dissolved or disappear. Other conditions high BP and Cholesterol with Stamlo 5 and Novastat TG 10.

My stomach makes noises when I'm in quite place like meetings n all. It is happening from more than a year, Can anyone tell what is the reason and solutions for it or any eating habits to change.
