My cousin is getting severe stomach pain on left side. Can u give me a suggestion what it means and what should we do.

In US scan I found the Gallbladder Stone with the size of 1.3cm.is it only option is removel of gallbladder it any other treatment.

Since last 3 weeks I can feel my heart beat in my throat,like something is beating my heart.and I can feel that in throat and sometimes in chest.its not regularly.when I am in sleep Its not happen.its happen irregularly.i have done ecg echo.but all are good.i am not feeling palpations also.can you suggest me what to do .and how to treat it.and is it need to worry?

I have diarrhea, vomiting, gas, and some abdominal pain. I'm not sure if I need to go to the doctor.

Hello sir/madam, Recently I had developed a indigestion problem and my stomach looks swollen most of the time.after having meals or dinner I feel the food sensation in throat.and stomach ache sometimes.i had visited gastro specialist and he suggested to get a ultrasonography for full abdomen. The results are :grade 1fatty liver and in my CBC the monocytes count is 12.9( high).please advise I'm really worried.im 28 years old Male.
