Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have gas problem since 15 days and it is severe and I have heartburn, pain in lower back, burning sensation in my back, on my chest and I feel like lots of gas is being formed and is trapped inside my stomach, nausea, headache, and 2-3 times even blood came while defecation. I ate nexpro rd 40 but I am not relieved, Please suggest me a remedy for it .

Can we diagnose this acid reduce disease? I am facing this issue from last 1 year almost. It is now not only when i eat spicy food but with normal food also

I have gastric pains sometimes in the epigastric area and pain shifts towards back some times. The pains are infrequent. I am healthy otherwise. Workout 5 times a week and energetic. However, on Consultation from general physician, I got an ultra sonography done. The reports say minimal wall thickening of gall bladder ( early signs of adenomyomatosis seen). Also something related to comet train artifacts mentioned. What does it mean ? Is surgery required ? Also is ADM of Gall bladder can turn into malignace in long run? I do not smoke or drink. Please advise

Dear sir, I have been getting red or Martin colour blood drop in my stool. This has been happening for a long time now, I guess about 5 months but have never experienced any pain as such. Lot of times when I put pressure in order to pass the stool the blood comes, but nowadays even during normal passage of stool the blood is seen. I feel indigestion as well and generally feel like going to bathroom about 3 times a day. When I go for the first time in the morning I rarely see blood, but when I go in the evening or night I see blood almost every time. Request you to kindly suggest me what I should be doing and I hope it's not too serious. Thank you

I have been detected and treated for stomach ulcers and h pylori bacteria, it has been around 6 months. I still get bad pain in upper abdomen, in the center where the ribs end, this increases and are unbearable before menses. It radiates ti the spine and chest . Which doctor should I consult and is it treat able? I have been on homeopathy for the same for past 6 months but I don't see any relief. I am still following dietary restrictions as suggested by doctor for stomach ulcers. Please help.

I am in Bali from Sunday. Monday night I had continuous burping and was unable to sleep properly but was fine on Tuesday. But it started again on Wednesday night and is still on. While sleeping I am not able to burp and feeling suffocated. It's ok when I wake up and walk as I can burp easily. I don't have any Pain in Abdomen or any where. Local doctors says its gas and gave me RANITIDINE HCL and OMPERAZOLE.
