Abdominal Pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Since 3 months I am having pain in my upper right abdomen,and sometimes full abdomen pain, constipation,and also having cold urticaria since 3 months,CBC normal, hepatitis - negative,STD panel test - negative & nonreactive,lipid and thyroid profile normal, C- reactive protein - 384mg/dl, ESR - 40mm.Fibro scan - 5.3 kpa normal.what shall I do? Really I am unable to understand what is the problem? Please help me please !!

Causes can be Various. Infectious, non Infectious etc. IBS, IBD are more likely Possibilities. Other intestinal causes also need to be differentiated.
