In pediatrics age group I commonly seen this abdomen pain in my Gastro OPD.
But if red flag signs are not there it's common. But need to hear more about symptoms before concluding.
In a 6-year-old, repeated abdominal pain can be due to constipation, gas, worms, indigestion, urine infection, or stress/anxiety.
Do next:
Give plenty of water, fiber-rich food, avoid junk/spicy food, and check stool pattern. Consult a pediatrician for examination and tests like stool test, urine test, and deworming advice.
Go urgently if severe pain, fever, vomiting, blood in stool, weight loss, or pain on right lower side.
Most likely its due to worms infection. Deworming is needed .better if you visit a pediatric doctor ,no worry its completely curable in 4 to 5 days max.
Need few more details for proper understanding of your issue.
