Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm currently taking the following medications: lamosyn 350, glutone and lymzit. My bowel movements are not regular. I've been eating fibre rich food and also took isagbol for a 3 weeks but nothing changed. I have also been drinking aloe and yakult in the morning. Is there anything that I can include to regularise and ensure daily bowel movement

Alredy  have 2 operation did to my mother  one is  gasteric sleve   after that heavy gasteric reflux  gasteric bypass surgery had done  ... so gasteric bypass will be reversable

I consulted doctor for frequent bloating and burping after eating. And I am in medication provided by doctor and I am getting pain below abdomen. Kindly suggest to proceed further . I am thinking to do endoscopy but availability is after two days. Kindly suggest remedies to follow for 2 days.

I do natural bodybuilding and so always have a high protein diet somewhere close to my body weight in pounds. Recently i got a lot of gas because of low fibre in my diet and i started getting back pain near my QL muscle and lower latt ( mid back). One day i felt like fever and vomitted and well day was diarrhoea. So i took a Roko and now after a day my bowel movements are fine. Can someone give me the long term cure as to habits and short terms ones. I took sporlac Ds. I'm also taking Apple cides vinegar and lemon with pink salt in water early morning.

I have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome from past 3-4 months. I didn't realise this as my doctor here did not disclose the cause or told me about the problem and proper diet but since I started facing problems in eating each and every food... I realised it. Kindly suggest me what to do. I feel weak and confused about the diet n food.

She has been diagnosed fatty liver grade 2. She is experiencing severe pain in the abdomen . What to do ?

I have undergone a liver function test recently and SGOT level came to 98.8 and SGPT level came to 123.8 which is above the normal level.I wish to know is this really a matter of concern for me  and do start medicine i.e Nexpro Fast-40 with Levazeo-25 after meal twice a day with Udiliv-300 and Rifagut-400 before meal twice a day with consultation of doctor for the same. And worried about it.

Have been suffering from piles since past two days. The pain is immense since last night. Can't even sleep.

Hi doctor, my wife is having upper abdomen pain for the last 1 month. Initially she got pain in one place only (middle). But now she is telling that pain has been spreading in right and left side also. The pain is not severe, it is mild only. She is also experiencing gas trouble, different types of stool and belching. And she feels throbbing in upper middle abdomen. Could you please advise.

"UpperG I endoscopy revealed mitoti gatsric lesion involving the body and the antrum . Pyloric channel spared . Multiple biopsies have been taken for histopathology" What does this mean ?
