Stomach Problems & Remedies

Normal in size and position. There is lobulated contour of the right kidney, likely related to scarring. There is a right renal cyst, measuring 2.2 cm. Bilateral nonobstructing renal calculi are seen, the largest in the lower pole of the left kidney measuring 5 x 3 mm. There is no evidence of ureteric calculus or hydroureteronephrosis.what does this means?

What nonsense is this ? I asked for aliphatic consultant not for homeopathic. Why didn't I get that. Some doctor jain called me and never told that he is a homeopathic doctor.

I have problem in defecation every morning. It takes me around 25mins in the morning. I like to keep clean stomach for whole day. So I pressurise myself in the morning itself. After every other meals, even I eat normal size meal, I start feeling pressure. Also I am facing huge gastric issues. In order to control fart, it becomes more problematic and bloating for entire day. My diet is very regular: hot water immediately after waking up, breakfast at 7.30(equals 2chapattis + tea), 1bowl fruits around 12noon, 2chappati , salad, veg, curd in lunch, 1paratha at 5pm, dinner around 9. I take three-four times tea or coffee all without sugar. And I drink around 2litre water(hot water only) in entire day. What natural way should I opt to get rid of my constipated or dehydration issue ?

Sir I have severe constipation problem from 9-10 years. Every night I used medicines for constipation. Without medicine I don't have motion. Initially 5-6 years I used dulcolex, then Zandu nityam tablet, now I used hopathaic medicine homolex 3 tablet every night. I also did USG abdomen few months before in which I found some problems (USG report attached):- 1. Hepatomegaly 2. Excess bowel gases present in abdomen and pelvis 3.gasous distension of gastric Lumen: To evaluate for Gastritis/APD 4 Right Ovarian Cyst. Kindly solve my issue please

There is blood in latrine sometimes and there is mucus coming out while sleeping and bending over. Stomach feels upset sometimes

I am having chestburn continuously for more than six month, i eat rich food fried food i kniw this causes acidity, i used eno initially but now its scaring me as now the burning sensation is continuos throughout the whole day, i quitted smoking but still.. do i need to worry something seriously or it is a problem but not scary.
