I m diagnosed with erosive fundal gastris with active blood oozing from mucosa Doctors did APC on it ...can this bleeding be treated with medicines plz answer ???

After taking medicine AKT-4 i feel like puke all the time. I want to ask that is it side effect of the medicine?If not then please tell me should i take another medicine for control this type turn and also suggest me the name of that medicine.

Hi Doctors, Actually 2 days before I was at a party and had lot of alcohol, food and fun and after sometime I felt a bit pain just below belly button and a little bit of puss too. Now Puss discharge isn't much but pain is still there. I consulted Gastroenterologist he gave medicines and told discharge should not come and if it's really coming consult General surgeon so please suggest me what shall i do?? Is it some serious disease??

I have indigestion problem from past 8 years constantly, I rarely take junk food, sugary item as well as avoid oily foods. I get frequent cramps in my stomach, sometimes pinch like sensation in rectum area, i get frequent bowel movement with pain, bloating, acidity. Since quite time have been facing IBS. Passing stools in pieces two or three times in a day with discharge of gas. Irritation before & passing urine since a month.

I faced problem of gas and loss of appetite from last 3 months. I have gone through various test and one of them was CT scan. CT scan says that RIGHT ILIAC FOSSA (RIF) NODES 17*12 mm WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF FRANK NECROSIS AT PRESENT WITH MILD THICKENING OF ILEOCAECAL JUNCTION WALL (10 mm). Everything else is normal. And in my blood report CRP was 4.1 which was high. What does it mean and what to do further?

Dr. Jaiprakash Kaushik this side. I live in Bangalore. From 2011 I am suffering from recurrent acute pancreatitis. Recently when I got the pain again Dr. Here in Bangalore said that there are stones in the gallbladder as well as in my pancreas and the stones have started to come out of pancreas too. And there is a stone which has blocked the duct and is causing the duct to increase and expand. He has suggested for a surgery in which he will remove the gallbladder completely and will cut some part ofthe pancreas and will give give connection. Please help me regarding. Note: I'm suffering from diabetes too

A gastroenterologist did my upper gi endoscopy and biopsy and found blood oozing from fundal mucosa and erosive gastritis then after 24 hrs he did APC And he gave me antacids and antibiotics +laxatives Now after 5 days My stool are still black and doctor told me to repeat endoscopy after 7 days ..he says maybe blood is still oozing Is it possible for blood to ooz even after APC ? Is that dark stool due to medication or is it the blood that is oozing plz answer
