Taking medication for duodenitis from 10 days (sompraz 40 + librax + pre probiotic and Hp kit) still i have bloating, abdominal discomfort, burning and indigestion and mucus in stools. Plz help me out 😢. Vitamin b12 level is also low and vitamin d deficiency.

Your problem does not appear to be related stomach. This is why sompraz etc wont be helpful. But its course should be completed.
You may have SYMPTOMS of IBS it needs evaluation.
