Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since many months I am not getting the perfect stools in morning..It's neither very worst like diarrhoea neither constipated ..I have tried various diet changes...avoided some eating items also like dairy products etc.still no change...how can I get the perfect stools or is there some issue with my stomach or intestines ?

So many belches are coming daily during empty stomach after food or some water taken. I have this broblem last 4yrs. Belching quantity and lenth is increase everyday. I am getting vomiting sensation while eating morning breakfast After having couple of bites. I feel as if stomach is full and after 2 3 spoons will not be able to have more. From today morning I am feeling prickling and itching in 2-3 times per hour, in middle of chest on strainght bone, below that bone sometimes in left and right around lower 2nd to 4th rib at sides sides. Jusr 2 months before I got my Annual health checkup from company, all was good including ECG, Blood Pressure etc. From last 2 days I am feeling bloated, feel like gases are travelling in stomach and chest, can hear sound of it. But no acidity. Sometimes I get pain in my lower left abdomen, my mom gave me ajwain and apple cider vinegar that time I felt well for about 2 hours but same thing started again.
