Which test should I do to confirm whether it is IBS or IBD or cohrn disease. I've visited 2 gastroenterologist, 2 of them have given two different names and treatment and nothing seems to work. Tablets given : lactobacillus/Providac etc Symptoms : 1. No full excretion when I use restroom for the first time in morning. 2. Immediate urge to excrete as soon as I eat my breakfast..I've to stop how much ever I've finished and use the restroom 3. Too much gas /farting sensation for the rest of the day . 4. Farting sounds in the intestines the entire day I just want to know what the hell am I suffering from...IBS or IBD or cohrn disease Which test will tell me this

Too many burpings after having any diet, trying to avoid masala and oily food but still facing the same issue. Heavy burps causing vomting kind of sensations and noisy.

My gf caught cold fever two months ago. She was severely ill then, and suffered frequent headaches, vomiting, lose of appetite and terrible loose motions. Through normal medications, her condition improved after a couple of weeks except the latter two problems prevailed since then. I am a student and I eat out everyday. I am experiencing heartburn, burning in chest, waist, hands, neck region, bitter mouth, frequent hiccups, feeling like something is always there in my throat , weakness, nausea like, passing excessive gas, bloating, burping, and frequent hunger ,cramping in stomach and my stool colour has also changed since a week and I am a asthma patient as well. I don't know why I feel if these symptoms increases asthma increases and if asthma increases these symptoms increase. And when I sleep my waist starts burning like anything. I tried nexpro rd 40 and rantac.... They'll relieve me for some time but again symptoms will go on increasing. I am 83.5 kg, 20yrs male. Please suggest me a permanent remedy for it and please tell me the exact cause.
